All-volunteer 501(c)(3) that flies veterans from eastern North Dakota and western Minnesota to Washington, D.C. at no cost to visit the memorials, departing from Fargo. Eligibility covers any branch or component (active, Reserve, National Guard) with service through May 7, 1975, with top priority to WWII and terminally ill veterans; selection is otherwise first to apply, first to fly. The Minnesota service area includes Roseau, Kittson, Marshall, Polk, Norman, Clay, Becker, Wilkin and Otter Tail counties; apply through the website. Email [email protected].
