If your organization helps veterans find work, you are welcome to publish our current openings alongside your own resources. Everything on this page is free to use and updates itself — you set it up once and it stays current as roles open and close.
We built this because the people doing the most useful work in veteran employment — CVSOs, LVERs, VSO post service officers, family readiness coordinators — are usually the ones with the least time to maintain a job board. Nothing here requires a login, an API key, or a conversation with us first.
Option 1: Embed the openings on your site
Paste these two lines wherever you want the list to appear. It renders the newest matching roles and links each one to the full posting.

It adds no tracking, sets no cookies, and loads no third-party libraries. If our job board is ever unreachable it quietly falls back to a plain link rather than showing an error or an empty box.

Option 2: Pull the feed
If you run a CMS, a newsletter, or your own job board, take the raw data instead:

For anything custom. CORS is open, so browser-side code can read it directly.
Both accept the same filters as query parameters — for example jobs.rss?state=MN&cat=Mechanic&limit=10 or jobs.json?city=Roseau. Valid filters are state, city, cat, q, remote=1, and limit.
Each entry carries the job title, location, employment type, category, posting date, and — where we can state it accurately — the pay rate. We deliberately leave pay out rather than publish a figure we are not certain of.
Job boards and aggregators
If you operate a job board or aggregator, we publish a standard XML feed at https://lockleed.com/feeds/jobs.xml in the common Indeed-compatible format, with full descriptions. Please crawl it no more than once an hour. Get in touch if you need a different format or field set.
A few honest notes
- These are our openings, not a national job board. Typically 90–100 live roles, concentrated in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest with some nationwide. If that is too narrow for your audience, it is fair to say so.
- LockLeed is a staffing and recruiting firm. We place veterans with employers and are paid by those employers — never by candidates. We think that is worth stating plainly on a page aimed at people who advise veterans for a living.
- Roles close. Filled positions drop out of the feed automatically, usually within the hour, and their pages stop resolving. You should never need to prune a stale listing by hand.
- No tracking of your visitors. The widget requests the job list and nothing else. We cannot see who viewed it.
