SkillBridge, Searchable by What You Actually Do
DoD's own directory lets you filter by company, state, industry and branch — but not by occupation, even though every program is classified under one. So we grouped it that way. 9,572 active programs, 206 occupations, no account.
Pick the Work, Not the Company
Type a job, a skill, or a field. Every occupation below has at least 5 active programs behind it — we don't publish a page we can't fill. DoD's directory as published for Q4 2026 · retrieved 2026-08-01.
No occupation matches that. Try a broader word — or translate your MOS to see what your work is called on the outside.
What this is. A re-index of the U.S. Department of Defense's public SkillBridge program directory, grouped by the occupation each program is officially classified under. The official directory lets you filter by company, state, industry and branch, but not by occupation — so a program classified Information Security Analysts and named "Tier 1 SOC Analyst" is hard to find any other way.
What this is not. LockLeed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of DoD SkillBridge. We do not run these programs, cannot place you in one, and cannot tell you whether you are eligible — the published criteria are set by DoD and your unit commander approves participation. Program listings, application steps and current availability live with DoD and the host employer. Confirm anything here against the official SkillBridge site before you act on it.
Source: DoD's directory as published for Q4 2026 · retrieved 2026-08-01. We show 9,572 active programs across 206 occupations; this page set does not include program dates, durations or locations, because DoD's API does not publish those reliably.
Straight Answers
Can I search SkillBridge by job type?
Not on the official site — its filters cover company, state, industry and branch, but not occupation, even though every program record is classified under one. That is exactly what this directory adds, using the same public DoD data.
Is this the official SkillBridge directory?
No. LockLeed is a veteran-owned staffing agency, not affiliated with or endorsed by DoD SkillBridge. Confirm anything here on the official site before acting on it.
Does LockLeed place people into SkillBridge programs?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Apply through the host employer and your installation's transition office. Where we help is the civilian job after — free to you, because employers pay our fee.
Am I eligible?
No website can answer that, including this one. DoD publishes the criteria and your unit commander authorises participation. Start with your chain of command.
Why no program dates or locations?
The data isn't good enough to publish. DoD's API returns 'Under Review' for many durations and its location endpoint can't be read in full. We'd rather leave a field out than print a date you might plan your separation around.
The Programme Ends. The Career Starts.
SkillBridge covers your last 180 days in uniform. We place veterans into direct-hire civilian roles for employers who came to us specifically to hire military talent.
