Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to test and improve.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with clear headings and landmarks.
- A "Skip to content" link and keyboard-operable navigation, including the dropdown menus.
- Visible focus styles so keyboard users can see where they are.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and labels on form fields.
- Color choices checked for contrast, and support for the "reduce motion" setting.
- Responsive layouts that work across phone, tablet, and desktop.
Known limitations
Some areas rely on third-party technology that we don't fully control:
- Live job board. Our open-roles board is embedded from Bullhorn. If you have trouble using it, you can email your resume to [email protected] or call us and we'll assist you directly.
- Interactive base map. The recruiting-bases map is a visual, interactive element; the same information about where we recruit is available in plain text on request.
