Accessibility Statement

We want every veteran, employer, and visitor to be able to use this site.

LockLeed International is committed to making lockleed.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as part of doing right by the veteran community we serve.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to test and improve.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure with clear headings and landmarks.
  • A "Skip to content" link and keyboard-operable navigation, including the dropdown menus.
  • Visible focus styles so keyboard users can see where they are.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and labels on form fields.
  • Color choices checked for contrast, and support for the "reduce motion" setting.
  • Responsive layouts that work across phone, tablet, and desktop.

Known limitations

Some areas rely on third-party technology that we don't fully control:

  • Live job board. Our open-roles board is embedded from Bullhorn. If you have trouble using it, you can email your resume to [email protected] or call us and we'll assist you directly.
  • Interactive base map. The recruiting-bases map is a visual, interactive element; the same information about where we recruit is available in plain text on request.
