About the Role
We are hiring a Production Specialist I to support the manufacturing and assembly of printed circuit boards and related components. This hands-on role includes operating production equipment, performing inspections, completing assembly work, and maintaining quality standards. No manufacturing experience is required, we provide training. A willingness to learn and strong attention to detail are essential.
We offer competitive pay, benefits, annual bonuses, profit-sharing, shift premiums, and a $2,000 hiring bonus. $20–$25/hr + Shift Premiums + $2,000 Hiring Bonus
• First Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (Mon–Fri)
• Second Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Mon–Fri, Shift Premium)
• Third Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am (Sun–Thurs, Shift Premium)
Key Responsibilities
• Operate production machinery following SOPs
• Load materials, set machine parameters, and run manufacturing processes
• Monitor production using equipment controls and visual inspections
• Identify and escalate defects or abnormalities
• Perform quality checks, measurements, and testing
• Complete preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, basic part replacement)
• Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and documentation
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE
• Support cross-training and assist other production areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or equipment operation experience preferred, not required
• Basic computer skills (ERP systems, data entry, Microsoft Office)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Willingness to learn lean principles and contribute to continuous improvement
Working Environment & Physical Requirements
• Indoor, climate-controlled production facility
• Sitting or standing for long periods; repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift 5–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Exposure to chemicals, fumes, or odors associated with PCB manufacturing
