*Pay Range: $18.12-$23.56

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. What you’ll get to do in this role:

· Administer medications per policy and procedure.

· Assists in planning and implementing a variety of activities that meets the social, spiritual, intellectual, psychosocial and physical needs of the residents.

· Assists with activities of daily living.

· Maintaining a safe, comfortable and functional environment by assessing the household for potential hazards, utilizes appropriate techniques regarding sanitation, infection control, hazardous waste management, fire safety, disaster preparedness and emergency care. 

· Demonstrates support for organizational fiscal viability through efficient and effective use of all resources of the household, including supplies and availability of resources.

· Dementia Sensitivity: able to demonstrate and nurture care practices for persons with dementia that meet needs while promoting individualized person-center care and sense of well-being.
