For Employers

The Ready Roster

Every month we publish a few veterans who are verified, available, and worth a conversation. Not resumes — people we have interviewed, checked, and would put our name behind.

This Month

Veterans ready to work

Each profile shows what the person actually did, in numbers, plus what they are looking for and when they can start. Names and contact details come with the introduction — see below for why.

No surnames, phone numbers, or employer names on these profiles — that is deliberate, and the reasons are below. You get the name and a direct introduction the moment you tell us you want to talk to someone.

Request an introduction Get next month's roster

Two-Minute Form

Request an introduction

Tell us who you want to talk to and the role you have in mind. We confirm availability and set up the conversation — same business day in almost every case.

We reply the same business day, confirm the person is still available, and set up the conversation. No cost until you hire.

How It Works

Every profile is represented

represented

We represent them

Every veteran on the roster is represented by LockLeed on our standard terms — you pay on a successful hire and nothing before it, and the fee is stated on the profile. Request an introduction and we set up the conversation the same business day.

What We Verify

Before anyone appears here

A resume is a claim. Everything on these profiles is something we checked ourselves, and anything we could not confirm is left off rather than softened into something vaguer.

  • DD-214 on file — branch, dates, rank at separation, and occupation all match it
  • The two most recent employers, confirmed directly
  • Two references by phone, at least one a direct supervisor
  • Every certification checked against its issuing body
  • A signed release, and the veteran has approved the exact wording you are reading
Why No Names

We protect the candidate first

Publicly announcing that a named person is job hunting can cost them the job they still have. Minnesota is an at-will state and there is no protection against being fired for looking.

A published phone number is its own problem: employment scams have been climbing fast and veterans are among the most targeted people in the country for them. We are not going to hand a scammer a pre-verified list.

So you get everything you need to decide whether this is a person worth an hour of your time, and we make the introduction the moment you say yes. It costs you a two-minute form and nothing else.

For Employers

Get the roster when it publishes

One email when a roster goes up, with that month's veterans and what they do. If someone fits, reply and we set up the conversation. If nobody does, you delete it and nothing else happens.

Telling us what you hire for is optional, but it is the difference between a general list and us flagging the one person who fits your shop.

One email when a roster publishes, and nothing else. No newsletter, no drip sequence, unsubscribe in one click. We never share your address.

For Veterans

How to get on the roster

Send us your resume and say you would like to be considered. Everything LockLeed does for candidates is free, permanently — being on the roster costs nothing and never will.

Being featured is voluntary and reversible. You sign a short release covering exactly which fields we publish and where, you approve the final wording before it goes up, and you can have your profile taken down at any time.

We do not publish your surname, your phone number, your employer, or anything about your health or disability status — and if you are currently working and your employer does not know you are looking, we will not list you at all. That rule costs us good candidates and we keep it anyway.

What We Look For

Roster criteria

  • Verified service record — DD-214 or NGB-22 on file
  • Available inside about 60 days
  • Achievements we can state as numbers, not adjectives
  • Unemployed, separating on a known date, or your employer knows you are looking
  • References who will actually pick up the phone

We publish everyone who has cleared verification and is genuinely available that month — some months two veterans, some months five. A thin month is a thin month — we do not pad the list to hit a number.

Questions

About the Ready Roster

When does each roster publish?

A new group goes up each month — the first published in August 2026. Every veteran is verified before appearing — service records, employment history, references and certifications, one at a time — and nobody appears on the page until that is finished. If you want it in your inbox the day it goes up, there is a sign-up on this page.

How often does it update, and what happens to old profiles?

The size of each month's group moves with who is looking and who has cleared verification — some months two veterans, some months five. Profiles come down as soon as someone is hired or their availability window closes, so what you are looking at is current rather than an archive of people who took other jobs months ago.

What is the Ready Roster?

Every month we publish a short list of veterans who are verified, available, and worth a conversation. It is not a resume dump — each person has been interviewed by us, their DD-214 is on file, and their employment history and certifications have been checked before they appear here.

What does it cost to hire someone on the roster?

Everyone on the roster is represented by LockLeed on our standard terms — you pay on a successful hire, and the fee is stated on each profile so there are no surprises. If we do not place the person, you do not pay a placement fee.

Why don't you publish full names and phone numbers?

Two reasons, and both protect the veteran. Publicly announcing that a named person is job hunting can cost them their current job, and a published phone number puts them in the middle of the employment-scam wave that has been targeting veterans hard. You get everything you need to decide whether to talk to someone; we make the introduction the moment you want it.

How fast do I hear back after requesting an introduction?

Same business day in almost every case, and always within one. We confirm the role you have in mind, tell you honestly whether the person is still available, and set up the conversation.

What has actually been verified?

Service branch, dates, rank at separation, and military occupation against the DD-214; the two most recent employers; two references by phone, at least one a direct supervisor; and every certification against the issuing body. Anything we could not verify is left off the profile rather than softened.

I'm a veteran — how do I get on the roster?

Send us your resume and tell us you would like to be considered. Everything LockLeed does for candidates is free, permanently. Being on the roster is voluntary, requires a written release, and you can ask us to take your profile down at any time.

Why does the size of the roster change month to month?

Because we only publish veterans who have cleared verification and are genuinely available. Recruiting supply is lumpy and a content calendar is not — some months that is two people, some months five. We would rather show you the real number than pad or trim the list to hit one.

Hiring Now?

The roster is a sample, not the whole bench

A handful of profiles a month is what we can write up. Tell us the role and we will go find the person for it — your search retainer credited in full against the placement fee.
