What do you need to start a search?

A 30-minute requirements brief call. We'll cover position, compensation, clearance requirements, culture, and timeline. Most searches are activated within 24 hours of the brief.

How many candidates will I see?

Typically 2–4 fully vetted finalists per slate. Every submission includes our written assessment and recommendation. We prioritize quality over volume.

What's the placement guarantee?

If a placement doesn't work out within the guarantee period, we go back to work at no additional cost. We're not done when the offer is signed.

Do you place for contract or temp roles?

No. LockLeed focuses exclusively on direct hire, permanent placement. Military talent deserves the stability and commitment of permanent employment.
