We conduct a structured behavioral interview — about an hour. This builds your profile for clients and gives us the depth to write a thoughtful endorsement when we submit you. You'll get coaching feedback as part of the process.
We match your profile to active client openings — sometimes immediately, sometimes when a role opens that fits. When we submit, you get our written endorsement and a full briefing on the company, the role, and the people you'll meet.
You interview with the client. We prep you beforehand and debrief afterward. When you receive an offer, we help you evaluate it — and negotiate if needed. We support you through the start date and check in throughout your first year.
